Please read these Terms before using this website.

By accessing or using the website, you acknowledge these Terms. If you act for a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf. Separate signed transaction documents govern any purchase, production, or supply arrangement.

Scope and Acceptance

These Terms apply to this website, its pages, downloadable materials, inquiry functions, and other website-based communications made available by Glovique. They apply to visitors, prospective customers, customers, suppliers, agents, and other business users.

The website is intended primarily for commercial users evaluating OEM and private-label disposable nitrile glove supply. It is not a consumer storefront, and no website content should be interpreted as an offer to sell directly to consumers.

If a signed quotation, proforma invoice, purchase agreement, supply agreement, nondisclosure agreement, or other written contract conflicts with these Terms, the signed transaction document controls for the relevant transaction. Glovique may revise these Terms by publishing an updated version with a new effective date.

Website Content and Product Claims

Website content is provided for general business information and preliminary supplier evaluation. Although Glovique seeks to keep information accurate and current, specifications, availability, capacity, lead times, pricing, freight, raw-material costs, currency effects, manufacturing arrangements, and regulatory requirements may change without notice.

Any statement concerning a product, color, weight, intended use, manufacturing origin, factory, certification, test report, registration, market access, tariff treatment, delivery term, or compliance status applies only where confirmed in writing for the exact SKU and transaction.

Documentation Scope

Certificates and reports must be checked against the named product, specification, color, brand, intended use, manufacturing facility, origin, issuing body, scope, and validity period. The existence of a document for one product or facility does not establish coverage for another.

Market Access

References to FDA 510(k), UKCA, SFDA, MDR, EN, ASTM, ISO, food-contact, REACH, DDP, or tariff considerations are conditional and do not guarantee registration, customs clearance, tariff classification, legal compliance, or acceptance by any authority or customer.

Test reports are evidence of testing under their stated conditions and must not be represented as product certifications unless the issuing document and applicable law expressly establish that status.

Buyers remain responsible for independent technical, legal, regulatory, customs, labeling, registration, importation, distribution, and marketability review in their destination markets. Website content is not legal, regulatory, customs, medical, or tax advice.

Links or references to third-party organizations, standards, authorities, laboratories, inspection companies, or external resources are provided for context only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or a guarantee of third-party performance.

Inquiries, Samples, and Quotations Are Non-Binding

Submitting an inquiry, requesting samples, uploading artwork, discussing specifications, or receiving preliminary pricing does not create a contract, reservation of capacity, exclusivity arrangement, agency relationship, or obligation to manufacture, purchase, ship, or deliver goods.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed document, quotations are indicative, confidential, non-transferable, and subject to customer verification, technical review, compliance matching, sample approval, available production capacity, raw-material and freight conditions, credit approval, agreed payment terms, and final written order acceptance.

Samples are supplied for evaluation and may be subject to normal manufacturing tolerances. A commercial order is formed only when the applicable transaction documents have been accepted by authorized representatives, required approvals have been completed, and any required deposit or payment has been received.

Final requirements may include glove specification, color, size ratio, intended use, market, origin, packing configuration, artwork version, barcode and language content, paperboard, carton construction, printing method, inspection arrangements, delivery terms, and compliance documents. No oral statement modifies an accepted transaction document unless confirmed in writing by an authorized representative.

Intellectual Property

The website and its original text, layout, graphics, icons, photographs, data presentation, trade names, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Glovique and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Limited viewing and internal downloading are permitted solely for legitimate evaluation of a potential B2B relationship.

No user may reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, scrape, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from website materials without prior written permission, except where mandatory law permits such use.

Customers retain their rights in branding, trademarks, packaging artwork, and other materials they provide. By submitting such materials, the customer grants Glovique and its approved production, prepress, packaging, quality, inspection, and logistics partners a limited right to use them only as reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote, proof, manufacture, inspect, pack, and fulfill the requested order.

The submitting party represents that it has all rights and permissions required for the supplied brand names, designs, claims, barcodes, translations, regulatory statements, and packaging content. Glovique may reject or suspend materials that appear unlawful, misleading, infringing, or inconsistent with applicable requirements.

Prohibited Conduct

You must use the website lawfully and in a manner consistent with legitimate business evaluation. You must not:

  • Use the website for fraud, deception, unlawful trade, or unauthorized commercial solicitation.
  • Misrepresent identity, purchasing authority, intended use, destination market, registration status, or business credentials.
  • Present a test report as a certification or alter, misuse, detach, or falsely attribute any compliance document.
  • Use product or market-access claims outside the applicable SKU, origin, factory, intended use, scope, or validity period.
  • Upload malware, disrupt website operation, bypass access controls, probe vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Use automated extraction, harvesting, or monitoring tools without prior written authorization.
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights of Glovique or any third party.
  • Submit unlawful, infringing, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or unauthorized packaging and promotional content.

Glovique may restrict access, decline an inquiry, suspend discussions, preserve relevant records, or report suspected unlawful activity where reasonably necessary.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Glovique disclaims implied warranties concerning accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Glovique is not responsible for decisions made solely from website content, including decisions concerning product selection, regulatory classification, registration, labeling, customs clearance, tariffs, importation, distribution, intended use, or suitability for a particular market.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glovique and its affiliates, officers, employees, representatives, facilities, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from website use, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, data, goodwill, contracts, or anticipated savings.

Where liability relating solely to website use cannot legally be excluded, Glovique's aggregate liability will not exceed the amount, if any, paid by the claimant specifically for access to the website during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law. Liability concerning samples, products, production, inspection, shipment, payment, confidentiality, or an accepted order is governed by the applicable signed transaction documents rather than this website-use limitation.

Governing Law and Disputes

A dispute concerning an accepted quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, supply agreement, nondisclosure agreement, or other transaction document is governed by the law and dispute-resolution provisions stated in that document.

If no signed transaction document applies, these Terms and disputes arising solely from website use are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Glovique entity operating the website is established, without giving effect to conflict-of-laws principles, subject to any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Before commencing formal proceedings, each party should provide written notice describing the dispute and allow a reasonable period for good-faith business discussions. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent relief to protect confidential information, intellectual property, website security, or other rights requiring immediate protection.
